Step 1 - Login into your Facebook account.
Step 2 - Go to Developers in bottom part of homepage. Or you can Go here direct -> Click Here
Step 3 - Now click to a create new App.
Step 4 - Fill Name, Namespace, Category of your app.
Step 5 - Click Create app.
Congrats you done. Now design your App and enjoy Friends!!
